Hello tumblr world. It’s been a while since I’ve been on here and I’ll tell you why. For a long time (since I can remember really) I’ve been exercising between 4-6 times a week and couldn’t understand how people could go without exercising in one week. Turns out that I became just like those people for 6 months. I for 6 months spent maybe 2 times a week at the gym and that was very difficult for me to do. Up until last week this was going on and I realized that now would be a good time to start back up on tumblr and to start out I just want to say: listen to your body. Sometimes it needs rest (sometimes more than you think and for way longer than anticipated) but just know, you have your whole life to get into the best shape you can. There is no need to force it. If you really can’t handle it, go for a walk or something. Just stay in tune with what your body says. Take care of yourself and just enjoy life no matter what. It’s more important than exercising.
